One of make favorite things to eat once we start to transition over to colder weather is warm comfort foods! One of them being a good ol' Chicken Pot Pie! But truly anything that has to be tossed in a crockpot or casserole dish!
I came across this recipe a couple years ago and it has since turned into a family favorite dish! My favorite part about this dish is how easy and budget friendly it can be!
Chicken Pot Pie Bake With Biscuits

Ingredients
3 Cups Of Shredded Chicken
2 Packs Of Canned Biscuits (16 Biscuits Total)
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
2 10.5 oz Cream Of Chicken Soup
3 Cups Of Frozen Vegetables
2 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375℉
Spray a 13x9 Glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Combine chicken, both cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into your coated baking dish.
Pop open you can of biscuits and cut each one into quarters.
Once all your biscuits are cut, place them into a clean bowl.
Drizzle your melted butter over the biscuits and toss.
Place you biscuit pieces along top of the chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are cooked thouroughly.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes, or until cool enough to eat.
