Spinach Artichoke Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Spinach
3 lbs Chicken Breast, seasoned
1/2 cups Mayo
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 cups Parmesan Cheese
6 oz Artichoke Hearts, jarred
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
6 oz Cream Cheese, block
1/2 - 1 cup Chopped Bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
While cream cheese is softening, cut your chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Drain artichoke and chop them into bite size pieces, then set aside.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo.
Once blended together, add parmesan cheese, mozzarella and mix.
Once blended together, add spinach, artichokes and chicken. Make sure chicken pieces are coated well.
Spray your casserole dish with a non-stick spray and pour mixture into pan.
Sprinkle mozzarella & parmesan over mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes.
